Responsibilities:

1. Establish, promote and improve the company's quality and environmental management system.

2, responsible for the company's incoming materials, production process, shipment quality abnormal summary and supervision and improvement.

3. Monitor the overall operation trend of the company's quality, collect and analyze the quality data, prepare the Monthly Quality Report and put forward suggestions for improvement.

4, decomposition of the annual quality objectives, quality objectives assessment summary.

5. The whole process of determining the attribution of responsibility for major quality problems, reporting and handling opinions and tracking.

6. Organize the formulation of product quality standards and promote the formulation of relevant measures and plans to improve product quality.

7. Participate in the review and summary of new product trial production, evaluate the process feasibility of product mass production and establish quality engineering drawings.

8, according to the company's annual plan and objectives, formulate the department's annual work plan.

9, the preparation, improvement, implementation of the department's responsibilities within the scope of the rules and regulations and processes, to assess their effectiveness.

10, do a good job in department staff training, assessment and other work.

11. Supervise and urge the benign operation of each quality post, guide the working methods and methods of quality personnel, and check the working status and quality of each quality personnel.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. More than 5 years of quality management experience in LCM industry, strong sense of responsibility, overall view, good at analyzing and dealing with problems.

3, familiar with the system process and organization and implementation, proficient in quality management methods, proficient in LCM industry related materials and finished product quality standards, English 8D report and English email reply competent person is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Confirm LCM finished product drawings, new product introduction, NPI meeting to evaluate the feasibility of new product design.

2. Complete LCM circuit design and Layout, including LCD drive circuit, FPC principle design, peripheral circuit design of test fixture, sample aging test board design, etc., responsible for software debugging.

3. Selection, production and follow-up of LCM electronic materials and related materials, input LCM bill of materials into the system, and formulate the work progress of the project.

4. Follow up the production of samples and assist in dealing with problems in production, write module test procedures/make test documents/check assembly drawings, packaging drawings, etc., comprehensively evaluate whether the effect of samples meets customer requirements, and determine the parameters of samples.

5. Solve technical problems encountered in customer applications, provide analysis reports and provide technical support.

6. Make the final specification of the product, introduce the new product into mass production and help solve the problems encountered in mass production.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, above 28 years old.

2. More than three years of LCM LCD module research and development experience, able to follow up the whole development process of samples, familiar with the development process of samples.

3, can skillfully use software to design electronic schematic diagram, can independently complete the debugging of software and hardware.

4. Proficient in the working principle of LCM, with actual combat experience in analyzing products with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, microscopes and other instruments, and can quickly find and solve problems, and can skillfully use soldering irons.

5. Have rich experience in analyzing defective products, have rich experience in the causes and solutions of display inequality, and have a certain understanding of liquid crystal.

6、Experience in industrial control or automotive product design is preferred.
